These are very good compared to other brands. Project Farm completed testing with the comfort grip version. Grip and teeth durability were excellent.

No one shopping for a deal on Knipex tools is interested in the equivalent at HF. Two completely different markets.

The Doyle brand at Harbor Freight performed well in Project Farm's video but for $6 more I'd rather have the Knipex set imo. The 20%/25% off at HF is enticing but can only be used for a single item.

Asking because i bought the 10 for 35 but if the 8 is useful i might return and buy this

Should I assume there is no US warranty for the UK tool? Shipping back to Europe is likely more than the tool cost.

I have several Knipex pliers and while they are good they are very prone to damage. My mini bolt cutters were chipped on first use and I have several broken teeth on my knipex cobras. The side cutters and pliers I have are fine. I reached out to the manufacter and they blamed the damage on abuse and voided my warranty. I wasnt even that hard on the tools either. I think the metal is just too brittle. Im also not the only one seeing these types of issues.

There are places the 10's may not fit into that the 8's would. I've got both and tend to grab the smaller ones first.
