I own the 144hz AOC 27" monitor.

It works great - but about 2-3 years later, the monitor became defective and unusable on 144hz setting. Common issue apparently, and multiple reviewers can confirm as well. The only workaround is that it works fine on 120hz.

Attempted to contact support for repair. Instead, I get stuck on hold with long wait times, and no follow ups or messaging from AOC support (also a common issue reported by reviewers).

I've pretty gave up on it - I'll just stay 120hz and wait for another monitor sale from a reputable brand to replace this one.

This is actually extremely reasonable. wide gamut + 1440p 144hz.

It's a good cross way for casual gaming and movies.

I suspect we may see more deals coming this BFriday though. I'm holding out for now, but this is really tempting.

I was in a similar boat. Seems to check all of the boxes for my needs. Thought about waiting but honestly I'm not sure that this will be substantially lower and for the 2 months of missed opportunities I just bit the bullet. I hope I like the monitor as I ordered 2.

I got this monitor and it was terrible, no matter how many different settings I tried I couldn't get the picture to look good.

That is very disappointing. The reviews I've come across have been sparse but they have been all positive. Wonder if you got a lemon or if the reviewers just weren't that picky. Mine gets here on Thursday. I sure hope they don't suck.

I just bought the AOC Q32P2CA. Paid full price, $350 for it but wanted USB-C. Never dealt with AOC before but I'm very happy with it.

I wanted this as I missed the last deal and jumped on the HP x32. Is this the better deal?

The HP is well regarded. I was specifically looking for this due to the curve.

I'll bet they are just fine. Looks like a good deal. I have a similar setup with the s3220dgf

If you guys buy a colorimeter, you can make just about any monitor look good.

The only thing lacking from any of these brands these days is factory tuning. The hardware isn't terribly different from one to the next.

for va panels, you need the calibrite probe, the datacolor ones can not read the black floor of va.

What the heck man. Got a 27" IPS monitor at 144hz and now a 32 in comes out at the same price. Technology needs to stop progressing so i can catch up

Now that ps5 supports 1440p, would this pair good with it?
