Controversial opinion I think these are better than dyson. Just having an extra battery is clutch. Same amount of power. No stupid trigger, even though newer dyson have no trigger.

Great vacuum! I've had mine for two years. One small problem with the canister design is you need a tool to empty the dang bin…. There's a circular HEPA filter in the middle and debri will get stuck between that and the canister wall. Annoying as hell.

You can twist that circular filter and pull it out. Makes emptying a lot easier.

why controversial? I have an lg canister vacuum that blows away any dyson. i would love to get this 1 eventually for portability (canister is like 25lbs), weight, and to get into tight spots....

I like this better than my 15min dyson session, this has just a smidgen less power but like 4x the time to vacuum and that extra battery is so key. Easier to clean out the compartment too. Twist out middle and all the hair can come out.

In for 1, thanks OP. I was just looking at Dyson version at Costco yesterday but with a 2 year warrantee, I'm willing to give LG a try and save $100.

Maybe my hands are small, but I just get in there to pull it out and it usually comes out easily

The middle part just twists out so you can clean it. It's super nice!
