Not a fan of the grip. Lol it's deceiving making it look like it's grippy but really it's not.

Though my other use for this is to strap it up to a punching bag and practice my upper cuts LOL.

Free shipping def makes it slick. Makes me wonder how they make money. Must cost nearly $16 just to ship a 25lb slam ball.

Have this. Initially used as a slam ball, but it busted after a week or so, taped it up, and now use it for shoulder height drops and it's held up for the past few months.

I bought the 15lb one. This should work for drills like plyometric pushups and weighted russian twists.

If you have someone who could hold this up for you, you can practice hard hooks and straights. Good call on using this as an uppercut bag. Thank you.

O.o That's a bit scary for the person holding it and possibly painful ha.

Amazing price (less than $1/lb) and free shipping. This is a rarity for medicine balls and just so happens to be perfect weight sizes I need.

Thanks!

Yep, I've got the 15 and it's surprisingly slippery. Probably below average quality but hard to beat the price

I have the 15 and it's durable enough, but ditto the slippery comments.

To that, I say: "You need to up your grip game!"

In for a 25# now, too.

I have 3 lower weight ones, I'm pushing the max I have so in for 1. 15 lb is no longer on sale but got the 25 lb one. My toddler is too big and wiggly to lift him anymore... But I was using him instead of a medicine ball when he was around 20-25 lbs. Back when he liked it.

Smooth is actually better. Have one with tread and thought it would provide better grip but really it just makes the tips of your fingers raw.
