Hmmm. Wonder if that CSR was mistaken or the description. The description uses plural for motors.
"Quiet UL listed electric motors"
The speed and height range are consistent with dual motors too. 1.5 is pretty fast for single motor and 23 is low for single.

I found a comparison chart for the 40/60/80 series that they have on another listing. It says 60 and 80 have dual motors (although the 60 is slow and doesn't have as much range so idk why that needed two)

They cancelled my order for the bigger one too ☠️
I'm guessing they keep cancelling peoples orders because they're out of stock but not adjusting their inventory so after cancelling someone's order it shows up as available again. But who knows. No harm in continuing to order
