Your other option (what I would recommend) is you place your order via T-Force (T-Mobile Twitter or Facebook). Once they give you confirmation of what you trade in value should be and you are satisfied you can go ahead with the order with the knowledge that you have the promotion in writing.
If in my case I would order it myself via the website but I screenshot everything. They have mess up 3 of last few orders in past few months.

Question can you still preorder (and say you find a better deal else where) and cancel it without getting any charges and fees? If the item doesnt ship course as well.

yea the One Plan Plus qualifies. Just need to connect to a csr to manually place the order for you. I was able to get the full $1k credit spread over 24 months for the 14 pro

I don't have Max. I don't think BB has different trade in values for different plans. This trade in value applies for other new iPhones as well. BB one time credit for iPhone 13 Pro is 700 as well

Yes - just did it. Looks like they're giving $100 more than Apple for trade-ins. I got $700 for my iPhone 13 Pro 128gb.

Edit: Instant $700, not monthly payments.

How do you know how much credit you are getting from T-mobile when you buy from BestBuy? Cannot find any numbers during checkout.

And I guess you don't trade-in the existing phone to BestBuy right, that seems to be a lower value.

Unless something goes wrong, it appears I traded in an IPhone 12 Pro 256 for an IPhone 14 MAX 1GB and they are giving me $105 net of trade in (and still owed $295 on the 12 Pro) AND my fee per month drops from $35 to $20. I am suspicious, but I paid $895 and they claim I will get a $1000 credit to my account when they receive my trade in. Seems impossible,,, I'm expecting something will go wrong...
