Your other option (what I would recommend) is you place your order via T-Force (T-Mobile Twitter or Facebook). Once they give you confirmation of what you trade in value should be and you are satisfied you can go ahead with the order with the knowledge that you have the promotion in writing.
If in my case I would order it myself via the website but I screenshot everything. They have mess up 3 of last few orders in past few months.
