How long have you been with Comcast?

They're like the farking ghosts in Mario. When you're looking right at them, it's $50 for cable TV. Look away for a second and then look back, and it's $54.33. Look away and look back and it's $61.20...

If you call customer service, they're experience above average call volume and will call you back in approximately 75 minutes.

Not true, home internet still capped 1000gb, $30 extra to remove the cap.

Great plan change, except for unlimited is capped for tethering; however,
If you have 4 shared lines using by the gig and 1 of them is using unlimited, the cost is only $20 for that unlimited line since you have 4 lines total.

How does Comcast screw one over? Ive used what I pay for, no issues.
Obviously he has not maxed the benefits of Xfinity to his own advantage. Been with them more than 20 years and they have been pretty competitive. 🤔

This is tempting, way cheaper than tmobile and I believe they remove the data cap limits on your home internet as well, unlimited gigs for home
Do you have a link, that they remove your cap?

After your "promo" rates are up, like everybody else, you go back to regular rates. All you have to do is to be creative, call customer service and ask for a better deal. Xfinity mobile have has been giving thousands of dollars in gift cards every few months if you know how to get it.

So your saying if I have (4) shares lines using by the gig (which I do) I can put one of those (4) lines on unlimited and it would only cost $20 for that unlimited line? If so that's a great deal.

Can you share the ancient knowledge Mr. Khan?

Curious about this too. I have 4 lines on shared data but would only want unlimited on two of them. Do I just go into the two lines individually and change those to unlimited, and in doing so, it will automatically change the price? I went to the first line and it said it was $45, so I was afraid to change it, not being sure about the process.

Xfinity website says you can only bring your own device if it's iPhone, Samsung or Google pixel. I have 3 Xiaomi's that work on TMobile no issues. Anyone has tried those on Xfinity?

Absolutely won't work. Xfinity uses Verizon on the backend. Unless Verizon has started certifying Xiaomi phones for use on their network, you're outta luck unfortunately.

Kimovil site shows me 3 4g bands supported (b2, b4, b5). I'm looking if someone actually had real experience here. I know officially they aren't supported.

Great deal. Comcast gets higher tier access to VZ network so you're basically getting VZ postpaid at a heavily discounted price. Much better than all other VZ MVNOs and cannot even be compared to previous Visible plan. If you're already on their internet it's a no brainer.
Have you used both Visible and Xfinity mobile? I have Visible and it's alright, for $50 for two lines I won't complain. Trying to figure out if the switch to this at $60 for two lines is worth it.

I was able to sweet talk a rep in person and get my T-Mobile phone "ported over"... but I could only call, texting didn't work because it didn't have ALL of the right bands. Verizon based systems don't play well with anyone.

Second time I brought my own phone, they flat out refused to activate it because it was "too old and no longer supported"... up until they learned that it was an already existing Xfinity Mobile phone... and then they had to register it as an iphone, then change it over to a Samsung manually in the system.

Reduced speeds after 20 GB of usage/line. I guess it's okay since their speed is slow. I can only get 10mbps
I'd be AMAZED if anyone ever hit 20 gigs on their "unlimited" plan. I made the switch from AT&T to xfinity mobile several months back. I don't think I ever saw better than 2mbps download speed. The dozen or so times I ran a speed test it was sub 1mbps download with between 5 and 10mbps upload. FYI I saw these speeds from Sacramento to San Francisco to south of San Jose. Higher population towns, lower population towns, didn't matter. The only time I ever had good speed was when I was connected to some sort of actual wiif, meaning I wasn't using the cellular data. Can't even provide a good internet connection in middle of silicon valley...
I gave up after the 3rd month and switched carriers again.
