This deal is a joke. Listed MSRP is worse than a joke, it's a blatant lie.
These products have their place in college student homes or people moving that might need temporary items shipped disassembled to a new location but that's all it is good for. Temporary use.
If you really want good furniture at a great price, don't buy this stuff. Go on Facebook marketplace, your local Goodwill, or Habitat ReStore. You may not get everything you want on the first trip but there's PLENTY of opportunities to get real wood furniture that will outlast this manufactured stuff 10 times over if cared for properly. Instead of creating more landfill, repurpose items that are of real value (and could probably be had at a better price).
I found our dining room table in a Habitat ReStore. I bought it for about $65. It was solid wood, not laminate or "engineered" wood composite. When I got home, I researched some stamps on the bottom of it and found about a 5-10 year window it was manufactured in over 100 years ago. I sanded it down and refinished it and it is gorgeous.
Not everyone wants a project piece and not everything used will be one. Just look for real wood and you will always be better off than any material, "engineered"
