FYI If you can get it in store, make the effort getting it. I'm still waiting for my grill delivery, they sent it via freight from some AIT company that is taking there sweet sweet time getting it near me. Then I have to schedule delivery to me at a agreed upon time/date overall this isn't over yet and it's already horrible.

I got the non pro version delivered like normal by FedEx yesterday although I wish I had gotten this now. Maybe not if it gets sent different though

I said that in the heading...

Plus is well worth the cost of the upgrade over a regular membership. I figure I save money not impulse shopping when I have to drive there. Not to mention the fuel and time savings.

I purchased this after seeing a friends blackstone in action. It's really gotten me the fall in love with cooking again. It's so convenient to be able to have the large surface to cook large quantities or multiple types of food at the same time. The size is awesome, even if you're just cooking for your own family. I find it necessary to have extra space where I can turn the burners off or at low to keep cooked food warm while other foods are still cooking.

And clean up is a breeze compared to the multiple pots and pans you would have to normally wash and scrub.

My griddle didn't have any warping or bowing issues and still looks great. There were some dents in the exterior stainless steel. However Sam's club refunded me $50 for it so my total cost was only $250.

My folks got me this as a house warming gift. I absolutely love it. I've made some of the best carne asada I've ever eaten on this thing.

Worth noting that it's compatible with a bunch of Blackstone accessories, such as the wind guards and cover.

Definitely make sure you season it correctly, make sure you level out the flat top to ensure that grease isn't pooling, and make sure to granularly up the heat so as not to warp the top.

no hard lid on that one unfortunately.. those covers like to leak and water on that grill top would not be good.
