Split the charge using PayPal (shown in PayPal window during payment) to maximize your cashback--$1,500 to Discover to max out the $75 cashback, and the rest to another card that may have a 2% cash back for instance.
Edit: jriv beat me to it above. $1999 is the standard price for this set at Secondipity.
Mine looked brand new, worked perfectly, came with all the usual items, and even gave me the free movie credits + 12 month streaming service at setup like a brand new set would. YMMV of course.
I didn't post this because I had a disaster when I ordered one a couple of months ago for $1,600 (some got it for $1,358). The set was smashed, and the box was damaged badly, making it a nightmare to box up and return. I have had good luck ordering smaller things from Secondipity though.
I ended up getting the set new from Costco for $2,499 with a 5 year warranty. It broke my SD Oath of always paying the lowest price for everything, but I really wanted the set and knew Costco would be good for handling any issues, so I splurged.

If you look at the thread for the last deal when this was briefly $1,358.40 due to a pricing / discount error, most of us received perfect or near perfect sets but there were a handful of bad sets and shipping time was awful which is typical with CEVA deliveries (it took mine almost a month to arrive).

If this was 20% of the normal $1999 price I would say buy now and decide later. With the jacked up base price, it's still a good deal if you're in the market and willing to deal with the hassle of returning if you get a bad one, but it's not a screaming deal that requires an immediate purchase if it wasn't something you were already shopping for. The TV itself is of course massive and the picture is beautiful.
That's just my $0.02.
