I highly recommend anyone considering this deal to take screenshots of the deal, cart, checkout, etc. If I didn't have that information last year I would have been absolutely screwed out of $800 that I'm now receiving in bill credits. That $800 was supposed to be gift cards but after days of calling/texting for help I ended up in an Xfinity store where those printed screen shots and a helpful employee were able to at least get me those credits.

An additional reminder, if you want to preorder, you're limited to two preorders at a time. If your order is delayed this can knock you out of their promotional period so CYA with those screenshots of your actual order date/time and the offers at those times!

I read somewhere that xFinity's phones are locked for 24 months, even if fully paid, aren't they?
No. I had to pay the remaining balance on my pixel 4a 5g that i bought from them. After I paid it off they unlocked it.

I am having the weirdest problem. I got to add 2 lines (as a new customer) to my cart, and after I choose the first one, there is no longer a way to add a second one. I start out on the previous page of the flow by increasing the line count to 2, which makes it drop from 45 / line for the unlimited to 30/line, but after I actually choose the phone, etc, it either never presents me with the option to choose a second phone or it quickly says 'line removed' and leaves me on the screen with only a next or back option. So frustrating. I've tried it on an ipad, i've tried it in firefox, i've tried it in chrome, i've tried it on an iphone, same result. Googleing this same problem/behavior leads me to people having asked the same question over and over across many years of search results, and there is never a solution posted. Grrr.

Anyone else's new phones showing paid in full on your device screen? Both 14pros say paid in full for me. And no my CC wasn't charged any more that taxes.. maybe I will get two free ones. Wouldn't be surprised the way deals with XM have gone in the past. They sent me an extra $200 GC two years ago

You can't add 2 lines at the same time.

Add them one by one; yes, you will see the $45 price at the first line; but once you've added the second, XM will normally adjust the total bill.

Keep snapshots of the offer as well as your two line adds; if for some reason your bill doesn't show the adjustment, you can get it reset by chatting with CS.

If you can't add 2 lines at the same time, then why do they let you choose how many new lines you need? 1-5 in the dropdown. There is just a further message that if you need more than 2 lines 'financed', you have to add the additional lines after your service has started. Also, thanks for posting!

I was able to order finally, went thru the chat link posted earlier but had to request a call back. Was able to order over the phone on the callback.

I concur. Same thing happened in previous phone orders. I'm also showing "fully paid". I expect it to change after I activate.

XM's website is quite buggy.

For instance, if I try to add a line on my account (by the gig) it still shows me an extra monthly cost of $15 plus taxes for THAT line even though I'd just pay taxes alone since I already have the by-the-gig plan.

There have been a couple of times when I had to chat with them about the device payments not updating / mistake in the billing.

Right now - for some reason I can't view the Xfinity rewards page; been on chat twice so far this month and it still hasn't got sorted out.

The cost for getting low priced service is needing to put aside some time (and prep) for the inevitable CS chat once in a while.. Smilie

Go with 13 pro instead. Same processor less price.
