I highly recommend anyone considering this deal to take screenshots of the deal, cart, checkout, etc. If I didn't have that information last year I would have been absolutely screwed out of $800 that I'm now receiving in bill credits. That $800 was supposed to be gift cards but after days of calling/texting for help I ended up in an Xfinity store where those printed screen shots and a helpful employee were able to at least get me those credits.

An additional reminder, if you want to preorder, you're limited to two preorders at a time. If your order is delayed this can knock you out of their promotional period so CYA with those screenshots of your actual order date/time and the offers at those times!

If I add a line and port in a number for the $400 bill credits over 24 months, can I port in another number over the same line a few months later and still keep the device credits?

Ex:
Month 1 - line #2 ported google voice number for $400 bill credits
Month 2 - Want to port in another number onto line #2. Will the device credits stay?

Darn it, Xfinity said they can't give me another phone on credit. I have currently one. My credit score is really bad. I was paying everything on time. Damn you Xfinity. One phone I have will be paid off in two months. Need to wait till thanksgiving I guess.

What do you mean you want xfinity to cover the last payments? Just pay it off if you really want to upgrade (and forfeit your last few credits). In your account under devices, under each phone, it will tell you what is left for you to pay on the phone and there is a button to make a payment. Why can't you just make a payment for the full amount? Then upgrade the lines.

AFAIK, Xfinity requires you to port in within 30 days; and doesn't support porting a second number onto the first. You could try checking with Xfinity CS to confirm either way.

You can add line #3 in Month 2 (as a BYOD or another device purchase; XM usually has one "free" phone offer); and after activation, swap sims around. Since additional lines on By-The-Gig add only taxes as the cost - you may find this reasonably cost effective.

They have been sold out of minis (13 and 12) for the past week. They had a massive deal on 12 minis, which sold them out and and since they have been discontinued, they likely won't be back. I was considering a 13 mini but have not seen it on the site since the $400 deal came up ( and before), so I got the 14 pro instead. Would be an amazing deal for the 13 mini if they had any in stock. That's why some people have tried going into stores to see if there is any stock. Just keep refreshing the site and maybe some will pop-up.
