I highly recommend anyone considering this deal to take screenshots of the deal, cart, checkout, etc. If I didn't have that information last year I would have been absolutely screwed out of $800 that I'm now receiving in bill credits. That $800 was supposed to be gift cards but after days of calling/texting for help I ended up in an Xfinity store where those printed screen shots and a helpful employee were able to at least get me those credits.

An additional reminder, if you want to preorder, you're limited to two preorders at a time. If your order is delayed this can knock you out of their promotional period so CYA with those screenshots of your actual order date/time and the offers at those times!

BEWARE!!!!
Xfinity charges 10$ per line fee when you add a line. It seems they started this from 8/22.
This will show up in first month bill as one time charge
Also their taxes and fees that are mandatory comes close to 5$ a month starting 8/22

Been trying for almost a week now to sign up for the mobile and internet bundle, but I still can't get more than 1 mobile line in the package. Bizarre. I wonder how much money Comcast loses to website problems.

How can we track the order? I cannot find my orders with my xfinity account. I know they will send emails with tracking info tomorrow but I would like to find it in my account.

It's amazing how slow their own systems are when they are supposedly trying to sell us fast internet (but also have experienced it with other providers). I am surprised when I don't hear them say "sorry...our system is a bit slow right now." Happens 50% of the time that I call. I can hear the customer service reps practically holding their breath when I ask for something that is not on the current menu (especially promotions) because they are anticipating the system to glitch out or be super slow.

I ordered the phone pretty much the minute their website allowed pre-orders (a few minutes after 5 AM). No shipping information yet.
