I highly recommend anyone considering this deal to take screenshots of the deal, cart, checkout, etc. If I didn't have that information last year I would have been absolutely screwed out of $800 that I'm now receiving in bill credits. That $800 was supposed to be gift cards but after days of calling/texting for help I ended up in an Xfinity store where those printed screen shots and a helpful employee were able to at least get me those credits.

An additional reminder, if you want to preorder, you're limited to two preorders at a time. If your order is delayed this can knock you out of their promotional period so CYA with those screenshots of your actual order date/time and the offers at those times!

the tax + first payment will lock you in the promotion since the first payment is partially credited.. just gotta fulfil the activation part after or you'll have to pay in full later down the road

I'm an Xfinity diamond reward member. Xfinity started a "rewardarama" today and I have a $300 Visa prepaid card on an "eligible" Xfinity mobile purchase reward. It says to purchase the "eligible" phone within 30 days to get the $300 prepaid card. The problem is nowhere do I see what phones are eligible and when I call no one at Xfinity mobile can tell me if the iPhone 14 series are eligible. If anyone gets the same reward offer can you tell me if you see which phones are eligible for the Prrepaid Card. Thanks.

I can't believe this, but in my wife's account she has a FREE iPhone 14 or $829 off any iPhone. Problem is, it's my account that has the Xfinity mobile plan on it (different property) and the terms on the deal say new line and new port in required. So little help guys!
1) do you think the promo code would work on my account? Or her account only?
2) since she wants a new phone and to keep her existing number, would Xfinity allow us to port in a new line onto her old phone and transfer her existing number to the new phone? And still qualify for this?

3) or is it possible to just activate new phone with port in number and then just swap sim cards from the old iphone 12?

Thanks for your thoughts and help with this. Really hope it works!

Afaik, the codes are account dependent. So probably won't work on your account. When I had multiple lines, switching sims didn't affect anything on the account. So you can use the sim in another phone without issues BUT iphone 14 does not come with a sim tray, so with esim it won't work. If you buy any iphone 13, you shouldn't have any issues. The best way could be just port out to google voice to keep the number.

A lot of reports that the Iphone 13 orders are also esims now as well. But I guess you could just stick your old physical sim into the iphone 13 card slot since you can use two sims in the phones and while it is locked to XM, your physical sim is XM

Has anyone been able to get the $400 immediately without bill credits by calling CS recently? I called a few times and was told that they can only provide $400 through the payment plan. Looking to add a new line w/transfer.

if you signed up online, then it's bill credit. But if you call CS and ask them to take $400 off, you can do that (YMMV) and needs to add a new line.

I already ordered last week and they took $400 off since I paid in full.

These promos are getting stupid, I now got an e-mail for a $300 rebate off any phone on top of the $400, except it's nowhere to be found in Xfinity rewards or the Mobile site.
