I have an iPhone 12 Pro. But with cracked back, and face ID not working.

Best Buy asks if trade in has cracked "screen" and if phone turns "on". Both of which are applicable for me.

Anyone have experience with this?

For T-Mobile last year they were offering $975 for a 12 pro max, $775 plus $200 bonus. Now only $800 for a 13 pro max, $700 plus $100 bonus.

T-Mobile showing zero love if you're not a Magenta Max. I'm on an old simple choice plan so this Best Buy deal is as good as it gets. $600 trade in for a 13 pro plus $100 off the regular price of the phone (not marked up as some have said). Total for a 14 pro with a 13 pro trade in was $999 - $100 - $600 = $299+tax. Total for a 14 pro max with a 13 pro trade in was $1099 - $100 - $600= $399+tax. Last year was a better deal by $100 but wasn't available on release day.

For those with T-mobile Magenta Max, I was given an $800 credit for my iPhone 12 mini 128GB. Best offer I have seen yet to upgrade from a mini.

Went directly through the T-mobile site. Clicked upgrade, clicked the phone I wanted to trade in, initially said $220 credit, and when I clicked continue it showed a promotion for an $800 credit instead.

The tax situation is depend on the states. Some charges at the pre trade in price, others charge after trade in price.

They know no matter what put out. People are going to buy it and deal with it. That's why u don't see any major design or huge leap from them since the x came out. And I'm a iPhone user since 3g.
