Order multiple phone last year with best buy. Phone did arrive as promise but one has problem when doing trade in. End up cancel first order. Second order arrive mid oct. Stupid bestbuy on that part.

I did, I have tried unfreezing my credit, installing chrome and using it, not signing in to my Best Buy account, and I continue getting that error, I did even try to sign up for different plans through t-mobile, nothing worked. Any ideas would be welcomed, but so far, nothing worked. Also, did on MacBook and phone with no results. only thing left is to try with a VPN

I have the same exact issue and no fix from T-Mobile or Bestbuy anyone else lose have this and got it to work?

I compared this year's deal to my iPhone 12 Pro to iPhone 13 Pro 512GB trade-in and upgrade from last year.

I ordered on 09/20/2021 on BestBuy and traded in an iPhone 12 Pro for an iPhone 13 Pro 512GB:

BestBuy Product Price: $1,199.99 (-$100 MSRP - https://web.archive.org/web/20210...one-13-pro)

Discounts
Trade-in Allowance: -$700.00
Trade-in Promotion: -$100.00

Product Price after Trade-in: $399.99

This year, BestBuy sells for the same price as Apple ($1,299.99) and total trade-in value is also $100 less ($700 2022 vs. $800 2021).

I think later on BestBuy changed the deal and went back to the normal product price ($1,299.99) but increased the trade-in value by another $100 ($900).

Overall not so compelling compared to last year and still not convinced....

Bestbuy does have a $100 promotion.
For me i choose to buy the phone instead of monthly payments & the $100 was added to the trade in.
!2 pro max trade in was $500 - but Best buy gave me $600 off the full purchase price

As of 09/11/2022, comparing to trade-in value via Apple and T-Mobile assuming trade in phones are in excellent to good condition.

Apple: Maximum Trade In Value $720 for 13 Pro Max
T-Mobile: Maximum Trade In Value $500 for 13 Pro Max
T-Mobile via Bestbuy: Maximum Trade In Value $800 for 13 Pro Max
- 1 thing to note here is the difference between the promotion On Us by changing to Magenta is not that beneficial considering the increase on monthly payment might result from non magenta plan.

I didn't say they don't have a trade-in promotion this year:
