Yes. This is more powerful than a commercial pressure washer. It can put an eye out from 200 feet away. Great backyard toy for kids and landscapers alike.

We always have a bucket nearby when playing with water guns anyway for filling up, so I just put it under this thing. Kiddo can refill when he goes up to the robot to reset the targets.

It's going to "leak" it has a striker breaking the water stream to create the pulse. Where would that water go? It's the same setup as an impact sprinkler. Water goes everywhere.

They aren't marketing it as anything other than one. The only difference is you can "disable" it by knocking down its targets.
