There is no better "fan" than a Vornado circulator - it really will pull the air into the room leading to less use of heat and A/C
That being said there are models to avoid like any company in the USA:
1. Vornado's high end luxury line with chrome/brass/etc accents
2. Vorando's tower fan
3. Any personal or desk Vornado fan
Every single other model, again, you won't find a better fan.
People complain about the motor going out on Vornados. I have two in locations that need air pushed and run them literally around the clock unless I am out of my house. Both have been running amazing for last 3.5 years.
Vornado has 5 and 10 year warranties as well - if it breaks, call/chat with them and be polite. They will ask you to cut the cord with scissors and take a pic of the cut cord with your serial # on your unit and in less than a week you will have a brand new fan sent out to you. I cant believe more people havent abused this probably dont know about it but it's one of the best warranty's in the game for any product.
TLDR: Buy a Vornado, just not this one or the tower one

They are not bad.
It is louder than my WooZoo from Costco on the highest speed.
It's a little bit smaller.
I was reading some reviews that said that the lowest speed you couldn't feel it, but it feels like the lowest speed on the WooZoo which is fine.
I mostly keep my WooZoo on the lowest speed unless it is excessively hot. Then I bump it up to the second speed.
I will use the second one in the master bathroom because there is no ventilation and after hot showers it needs something to help with the steam.
I have been taking an ancient ugly plastic oscillating desk fan in there set on the floor after a hot shower and putting it in the middle of the room for a half hour set to the highest speed.
I have the Vornado set up on a small table and tried it out and it works pretty well.
The biggest irritation to me with this air circulator is the switch on the back.
That thing is annoying.
I'm used to the remote on the WooZoo and that the buttons are on the front on the base and my Vornado Vfan Alchemy the switch is on the front.
I'm using the new Vornado pivot 3 now on the lowest setting and it is pretty good. That speed isn't very noisy at all and it's putting out a nice pleasant breeze.
I put it where I had my WooZoo until the new Vornado was delivered so I could see if I liked it or not.
I suppose that they are worth the $20.
I'll keep using them to make sure they keep working well before the return period is up in case they don't work out.

Lowest setting hardly any airflow.
Medium setting decent.
High setting moves alot of air... way too loud.
Will be returning 1 of them.
Only pro is they look cool like an airplane engine.
1. I removed grill to see if it would reduce the noise and increase the air flow. (it did not)

There was only one of the fans on that list in stock at my Target and it said they had two.
Unfortunately, it was the Vornado 37" OSCR37 Oscillating Tower Fan which most of the reviews say suck.
The others were not showing as in stock within 50 miles and I really wanted the Honeywell Turbo Force.
I clicked on the button to show all stores (not just in stock) and another store, the next closest, actually, popped up saying "Limited Stock. Not eligible for Order Pickup".
I took a chance and drove down and not only did they have it, they had six of them on the shelf so that whole crap about limited stock was - I don't know but what was even more interesting is they had every single fan listed which all said out of stock at that location, including the Vornado PIVOT which is currently showing as just flat out not available online at all and said was out of stock at that store.
I scanned a bunch of them in the store with the Target app and they were all showing the online price.
When I got to the register, though, the three different ones I'd chosen all rang up full price. After showing the employee what I got when I scanned it which they then verified with their own phone, they dropped the price.
All of this is to say if you really want one of these, don't trust what it says online about in stock and if you're able to see the price in-store with the Target App, say something at the register and they'll likely fix it for you!
I walked out with three fans paying less than the store price of the most expensive one in the bunch which made it worth the effort.
I have the woozo which got cool up down, surlhasbeenblocked. But woozo wine power is low. While vornado push a lot of air, it is noisy at high, manual and no sideway motion made me decide to return it. Motor is strong for is size.
Will keep the honeywell turbo cleaned and run for this season.
I will check the tower fan.

If I could have gotten another one or two for the $24.99 that I paid last year when Costco had them for that I would have bought 2 more.
I'll most likely keep the little Vornado Pivot 3, on low its as good as the WooZoo, it's very noisy on high.
I like the feel of the fan on low.
But I did use the RedCard and its extra return period so I have a while to decide.
I'll probably keep at least one of them.

Hard to decide. Not sure if I'll return this target vornado and wait for that one to go on clearance as well. Been seeing lots of Costco summer stuff go on clearance for ~50% off
