Nature's Bounty supplements do nothing for me for some reason. It's unfortunate because they usually have decent deals. I took biotin for approximately 1yr by NB and they literally did nothing. Then switched to Puritans Pride and after 2months already saw the difference. YMMV with any supplement

I have been taking these for almost 15 years now. This is not really a deal. I take the 10,000mcg version and amazon has the 120 count bottle at $7.87.
If you are needing to take these, might as well take the 10,000mcg gelcap version and get the full benefit and save money at the same time.
