Brand new EU or US version of Splatoon 3 game, which just released this week, Free shipping.
I asked seller via eBay message, and he said that EU versions were sent out last week, US versions were sent starting Monday... so buy at your own risk or message him beforehand. I know mine that arrived today and was shipped Monday is US version. (See images of mine in my comment on page 2 below)
If you are okay with possibly getting an EU version (probably fine and region free), this is probably the best price we'll see until summer 2023 or holiday 2023 if I were to guess and if it goes on sale similarly to Splatoon 2.

I went with Gamestop; they gave 30% bonus for trade in towards Splatoon 3.
Loving the game.
With how many indicators there are that it is US, I think it makes a very strong case for a full refund if you did get an EU one.

I don't see Ebay selling US copies for $47 already but what do I know.
