Having spent yesterday beating up on mine again, it is without a doubt my favorite of my power tools. It has really put in the work over the last few years.

This is a TERRIFIC tool... BUT, this has been cheaper (specifically, August 1st 2022). I got this 3/8" impact/CP2.0 combo + another CP2.0 for $149. Hacked the free battery and got the impact/CP2.0 for 103.76 + tax.
So, unless you NEED THIS NOW.... I would wait for a better deal to come along.

I think all of those tool plus battery plus bonus battery deals turned out to be listing errors (like the spotlight, jigsaw etc as well) so I don't know that I'd hold my breath for 104 AND a free 2.0. Granted, that's still a better deal even if you didn't get a free 2.0, they're worth about 30 bucks so this is still a good 15-20 bucks more after selling or counting that value and would be less hassle for most.

I'd buy it at this price. For reference I got mine with 2.0 and 4.0 at $189. All I've used it for is lug nuts with 3/8 impact sockets. It's been great.

If you are looking for cheap impact sockets, harbor freight ones have been great for working on just about anything. And if you do manage to break one, you can bring it in to the store to get it replaced.

Home Depot / Husky Thin Wall Impacts have become my universal socket of choice for my traveling tool kit. They're stout Cr-Mo (upgrade over Cr-V), inexpensive, have a lifetime warranty and each socket barely takes up any more space than a standard non-impact chrome socket.
