Can anyone comment on the quality and durability of these products for covered patio usage? I just pulled the trigger on some of the sets for two of my covered porches. Just wondering if anyone can comment on the quality?

I have a set since 2015 but I keep the cushions indoor unless using them, they are still in good shape, some rust here and there but not felling apart yet.

Super weird. Upon checking order status for the Oakshire, which was scheduled to be delivered today, it says "Delivered" but no one came (I imagine it would've been a multiple box delivery from a truck). No tracking available. Order status says "We're sorry, this product is no longer available".

Looks like I might be SOL on this one...

Just received the $299 Oakshire sectional. Came a day earlier than expected. Delivery guy (USPACK) left the boxes on the side of my house. Didn't call before hand or even bother to ring the doorbell. One box that contained the sectional was all torn up. No bubble wrap or anything just the exposed sectional. And of course now it's all scratched up. Guessing he dumped it without saying anything so i wouldnt have a chance to refuse delivery.

My order shipped last Monday from MD, I live in NJ. It "was" close to me last Tuesday then just disappeared.

It showed up yesterday in Utah. Now it "appears" to be heading back my way.

Sheesh.

My Home Depot order said it was delivered but I never saw it in front of my door. Called customer service tonight and they said it is out of stock and has to cancel my order. I don't know if this happens to anyone still waiting for your order to arrive.

I had the same thing happen to me too. Today, out of the blue, it shows that it departed Atlanta and estimated delivery in early October. Check your tracking again today

mine says its expected to be delivered tomorrow. but order is still "processing" . no shipping updates. i called customer service and they can't tell whether it shipped or if they even have inventory. they said just to wait to see if it shows up...

Mine showed up late Friday despite not having any tracking or indication that it was on its way. Assembled it yesterday and everything was there but one of the loveseat seat cushions was a lounge chair cushion. The difference is 3 squared edges and 1 rounded vs 2 squared edges and 2 rounded. It leaves a weird gap on the love seat but the back cushions cover it up.
