Watts does not equal MPH, and can not be used for an accurate comparison. There are several different types of hub motors, and the motors can be assembled with different windings.
The controller and battery determine the wattage, not the motor. So calling it a "500 watt motor" is kind of a misnomer. By advertising it as a 500 watt motor, the seller could be saying the motor itself can handle 500W without overheating and burning out. However, most of the time these numbers are made up for marketing purposes. The same motor could be paired with a 10 amp controller and see a max of around 400 Watts or it could have a 15 amp controller and draw around 600 Watts. In my case, I use a 52V battery and 45 amp controller on a motor that was sold as a "1500 watt motor," and it runs 2500 Watts without any issues or need for heatsink/statorade.
Says the Hang 5 has a 500 watt motor and reaches 15 mph but the juice only has a 450 watt motor but reaches speeds up to 18 mph how would the less powerfull motor go faster

Because the Hang 5 doesn't actually go that fast. Mine tops out of 15mph regardless of incline. It's a little slower to accelerate than a Gotrax GXL V1 also. It seems more like a 350W motor with a "500W peak" kind of advertising. The Juice is the better scooter. But it's considerably more expensive and wasn't worth it for me.
These bikes are excellent! I bought 2 last month from JOYRIDE, the Betty cruiser and the Laguna. Quality was great, riding a blast, and the price crazy low (I told wife on a couple f these bikes you can score a complete e-bike for just the price of a battery almost!
Bought the juice scooter last time. Well built (note: heavy!) but it is fast and battery lasts at least 18 miles and I'm at the top of the weight recommendation
Are these ebikes loud? Built for 250-275lb guys? My kids have wanted to get into riding bikes but my knees aren't great. Maybe an ebike wouldn't be so bad?
