It is Adidas UPF 50 item#1307681 (2.5" brim). There is also another brand (3"brim) available that little larger, but on top much thinner material.

The person was saying the hat was clearly to large for the model wearing it. Their head was so small (compared to the hat) more of their head went inside the hat then should of. Like putting an adult hat on a 8 year old, not a design problem but a fitment issue.
