Assume it's only for magenta - I'm on grandfather plan and see "$9.99 per month"

edit: I may have redeemed it last year which is why it's not working on my account I can only assume.

I signed up but I wish there was a way to pay extra for the no ad plan and still get the $4.99 applied to it. You can do this with Netflix but I don't see a way here.

I by mistake pressed cancel and got a free month instead of the 12 months now. I chatted with them but they claimed it can't be combined and now can't get the 12 months promotion again. Any ideas what to do? Thanks

Dang, amazing timing for watching the UEFA CL!

The video player is annoying as hell how it makes the video tiny when you pause it though.

Had this happen a few months ago. You're screwed. On the bright side, Paramount+ has free 1 month promo codes nearly monthly

Paramount+ just added a 'feature' that I hate - now they have Showtime content mixed in with the regular content, and if you're not paying attention, you click on things to watch, only to get the message that it's not included in your plan.

Some rows of shows have as many as 3 Showtime items that you can't watch without paying additional $.

So far, I haven't found any way for it to NOT show this unwatchable content mixed in, and I REALLY hate that......

I already have an existing account and I qualify for another year. Instructions say "Apply this code: xxxxxxxxxxxxx in your account under "Redeem a Coupon" but I dont see it. I only have a "Redeem Gift Card" option. Am I just not seeing it?


**Edit just saw a video for it and it shows it in the account which is not showing for me. Will speak to Customer Service about that.

Me too. I signed in to both TM and P, then clicked thru the email from TMobile, then the link that shows for those who already have Paramount +. The return page is to sign up for P+P for $9.99 a month, no code , no redeem a coupon, etc.. Feels like tMobile sent out a bait and switch! 🤔

P+ has some serious bandwidth issues. Then Walmart+ members get access to the service. Not T-Mobile? Soon P+ will be SD resolution with buffering issues.

There is nothing good to watch on P+, Hulu, etc.

The best is Pluto. All free.
