edit: I may have redeemed it last year which is why it's not working on my account I can only assume.

I signed up but I wish there was a way to pay extra for the no ad plan and still get the $4.99 applied to it. You can do this with Netflix but I don't see a way here.

maybe it's just me but it didn't work for me. It says the promo code is invalid. Paramount is by far the worst streaming service to me personally so it doesn't matter but just wanted to say the promo code I got from the T-Mobile page doesn't work any longer.

We're on an older One plan and we're eligible for 1 year of Paramount+ (only 4.99/ month plan) and 6 months of Apple TV, in addition to the $16 monthly credit towards Netflix standard 2 stream plan.

This page explains all the different scenarios to get the deal. Anyone that currently has Paramount+ directly will have to cancel their sub, then use the Tmobile links to resub to get the year free. You will most likely lose any other promos or discounts you had prior so make sure you are okay with that before canceling. I already subbed with the free Showtime for a year deal or I'd probably jump on this deal.

I got stuck in so many different click loops what a nightmare. It applied the discount but says there are still charges. I guess it's billed monthly but discounted monthly. I accidentally changed it to an annual plan and was immediately charged $49.99, cancelled the sub but still charges and says I'm set up with next bill in a year. Chat must be offline cuz it went into a loop and had to do the same clicks three times before it let me submit a ticket... Hopefully they fix it.

In my opinion, anything that offers commercials should always be free and giving it away as free is not a benefit, unless you can upgrade to the no commercial plan.
