Maybe I did get lucky, but trying to add the deal again through one of the T-Mobile pages linked above didn't work. It kept on telling me to add it to my plan for $9.99 a month. What did work was getting to the promo page through the chatbot. The page asked me for my phone number, I put it in, and it gave me the promo code.
I logged on to my Paramount+ account on the website, signed up for the essential plan, and applied the promo code. It accepted it and shows that I have a 100% off discount for 12 months.

Once you get the code, log in to your Paramount+ account and sign up for the Essential plan. It will ask you if you have a promo code and you can enter it there. I don't know why it let me get the offer again this year but it's probably an error or something on Paramount's end.

Just a heads up to anyone trying to use the code again. The account will show your next billing date but it will also show that the discount has been applied to your account. If that's what it showed last year then I guess we can disregard the previous replies.
