I paid $264 for this same one almost 2 years ago. It's a steal at $199, just know what you are getting. I wouldn't recommend it for kids any older than 6 or so unless they are really small. Got it for my twin boys' 2nd birthday and they used it a lot over the last couple years. It's not one that will last a decade or anything...I wouldn't give it more than 4-5 years at most. But at the price it is worth it. Would recommend spraying a sealer on it, as the wood gets a bit brittle feeling after a couple years in the sun.

I agree 100% with BrentD. I also bought this set 2 yrs ago for the $264 price and it has held up well for my two toddlers. I also agree that this set will probably give you a solid 4-5 yrs at least if you take care of the wood and use wood sealant once it's put together. Overall, this has been a great playset and my kids still use it every week plus at this price, it's definitely a solid deal!

Just a few mods and this thing becomes the biggest, best chicken coop one could have for $300. 😁🐔🐔🐔

This is a worthwhile swings for it's price. We've had it for 3 years and it's held up. My daughter is now 7 and getting a bit too big for it, but she still loves it. My 3yo loves it too.

One suggestion would be to seal the wood. We didn't do that, and it's had some noticeable wear. No regrets though.

Wait I want chickens now that we're in our new place. Is this just a matter of adding some screens and whatnot?

I bought a 199 swing set from Costco on here a week or so ago... It was 10ft high and SOLID metal. Big thumbs up for that.

If your kids are really into the swings then it's a good idea so it doesn't tip. Mine haven't really been into the swings much, just climbing all over it and using the slide, so I never used the stakes. It does come with them, though (wooden ones).

It comes with four stakes. I am glad I put them in for the swings.

I just pulled the trigger on this. At $200, if it can prevent several trips to the park that will just end up in 5 minutes of play, followed by "Daddy, I have to go poop"...then it will be worth it.

Absolutely. You can see the set shacking/twist if you don't put stakes in
