Seems trade in deals are not available for flash sale items. So if you were able to trade in, you got lucky. kudos to you for being quick on the draw. As for people like me that came later, seems we are out of luck for a trade in.

What do you mean finding a box? I think you're supposed to send these back in the box that they shipped the earbuds to you in. You don't need the product box for trade-ins.
