No trade in, but $39.99 with EDU discount.

Checkout is broken at the moment and support says they are working to resolve an issue (likely the price). They promised me the sale price would be honored. I screenshotted my cart incase they try not to honor later.

Good deal if you really need them, but not as good as the $24 with edu discount and trade-in of course.

Having said that, the trade-in would have saved you $16, but it does come with the hassle of packing the old headphones and then driving to a FedEx location. We like to squeeze every dollar out of deals here on SD, but for most people, $16 is not worth the time it would take to pack and ship the trade-in, but they will still do it to feel good about maximizing the deal (and that includes me laugh out loud).
