My order wouldn't go through. Chat advised me to call Customer support. Since the order didn't go through. She told me to go ahead with the purchase at $44.xx and advised they would refund me the $20 from the trade in once my order went through. I got her to email me that response. She advised to respond to it once the order was shipped.
