I got mine yesterday and it looks sexy tbh. My last bike is/was Wally Mongoose that's too old and too small for my body built.

I assembled but something about front disc brake, wheel is not free moving.

I am almost thinking to fork $90 to go to a local bike shop and get it assembled right.
Clamped too hard or not aligned to clear the disc in the caliper

Probably need to shave 1/2" off the seat post to make this a comfortable right for my son (5'10 with 32" inseam). Any links to a drop in replacement?

Edit: Looks likes it is a 30.9mm x 400mm so a 350mm length should get the job done.
I would just cut it with a hacksaw.

Free upgrade.

I put the bike together, the front wheel or brake rotor was bent. But on the first test drive I saw someone wheeling my bike down the street. Bought it from someone for $50. So I got my bike back!! I'll be returning this one to Walmart, its not a bad bike - it's wide tho. I like more narrow handlebars. The brakes are decent and the shifting is okay. It's not a bad bike for the money, but expect to do some upgrades to it.
The handlebars on these bikes come wide for those who want wider bars because you can cut wide bars to make them narrower but you can't make narrow bars wider. Just remove the grips and loosen the everything on the bars, then use a plumbing tube cutter to take and inch or two off each end to your liking. Put the grips back on and re-position and tighten the other parts in the bar to suit you.

That's what I'm planning to do this afternoon to save $15 on a 350 mm tube. Angle grinder + cut wheel, plus some sandpaper (although not absolutely necessary), 5 minutes' job.

I did have already tried to throw in a shorter tube from another bike. Also removed the spacer from the steering column to lower height. Works OK for shorter riders.

Received mine yesterday. I have everything put together except for the front wheel. I can't get the darn lug Nutt off from the right side of the wheel to attach it to the frame. When I unscrew it the whole screw comes out from another side as well. I might have to take it to the bike shop as well or order a real skinny ranch to hold on to the rest of the screw while I take lug nuts off.

Maybe search on youtube for how to mount a quick release front wheel?

Anyone got recommendations for a cheap(like under $500) men's street bike with NO suspension that's not a serious racing bike? I had an old trek hardtail that we just put street tires on and I liked it. Maybe I'll just look around for the same used.

Replace the tires with more road oriented tires.

I picked mine up yesterday, and assembled it today. I made a mistake and damaged the head set cap bolt mount (I won't go into details, but it was my mistake). I mean, I could have played dumb and taken it back to Walmart for an exchange, but that felt unethical to lie so I took it to my local bike shop. I checked it in there for the repair. The guy looked at it and told me what I did wrong but assured me it won't be a labor intensive fix, so I just decided to have them repair it. He asked where I got it, and I told him Walmart. "mind if I ask what you paid?" I said it was about $240 out the door after tax. "You paid too much", he responded matter of factly.

I was honestly kind of taken aback.

The comments here, on Reddit, and on the YouTube reviews I read all seemed to indicate that this is a very good price for a bike like this. Was it just sour grapes from the bike shop guy for not buying the $500 entry-level bike from his shop?
It's got me feeling a little down right now, honestly. I'm not sorry I got it, but I was surprised how that dampened my mood in a hot second.
