Good price. I have two of these. Purchased on at Walmart and the other from Amazon. Both were $40. I have one that I keep outside for extra work space and no signs of rust or anything after being there for months.

We are getting ready to bring in plants from outside for winter. Is this to flimsy for say 15 or so pots filled with 10 inches of potting soil or should I look for something better?

You should have no problem. I put my table saw on it sometimes along with other tools and it's sturdy enough so that I can keep it steady while I'm making cuts. I would say you would have no trouble with plants. It's study enough for what you need it for.
