Newegg is offering a MSI dual fan Radeon 6700 XT graphics card for $359.99 after a $20 rebate. This is the lowest price I have seen for a 6700 XT recently.

Obligatory "Hold the Line!"

Note that the 6750 XT of the same card type is available for $40 more:

https://www.newegg.com/msi-rx-675...6814137735

Is the 6750 worth $40 over the 6700? Probably.

I say this is an okay price for a card on the higher part of the mid range offerings. This is more powerful than a 3060 and a 3060Ti in rasterization. The 3060Ti is still the best bang for buck card if you can acquire the FE $400 model and ignore the AIBs (which all seem to cost around the $500 +/- area). 3080s and 3060Tis were the cards priced competitively at the FE MSRP, so their AIB models are mostly above their msrp prices by a good bit. It probably won't hurt to wait just a bit longer, but mid range cards will likely not drop in value from Nvidia's upcoming launch of 40 series cards since their midrange cards will be held back by a few more months. The used market is what will push the prices of these mid range cards down. Personally, if I was going for a mid range card, I would pick a used Radeon because the 3060Ti was highly sought after for mining (it was efficient). There will be some who will pick a cheap used 3060Ti but not mind that it was used in a mining farm, but I personally wouldn't touch a used 3060Ti and would rather pay the $400 FE model if I have to have the Nvidia features (encoder, Ray Tracing, etc.) that comes into stock at best buy often enough. I see this 6700XT dropping a bit more but not by much (not more than $80). Mid range cards by Nvidia will definitely be more stubborn from going lower in price for sure and can only see the 3060Ti AIB being lower with the crappy brands.

360 for a 6700xt and still not too many takers, if this was a 6800xt price, I'll definitely get one
