I pre-ordered TW3 from GOG directly but by the time I could play it they already included the Season Pass for free at discounted prices... I do not regret supporting them as TW3 turned out quite good by that time. (many bugs were fixed already.)
Chances are they may also have a complete edition later with more bugs fixed for this game as well... at same or not much more price points.
But what View92612 says is true too .. thanks to the steam winter and summer sales (which you should make note of in whatever reminder program you have on your phone/computer and take advantage of) as well as the Epic Games and Origin/Electronic Arts sales around Black Friday , if you wait long enough the price drops very low and as View92612 says can also include season passes and other DLC included for free..
... heck Epic Games at one point was offering all the Batman Arkham games and Rise of the Tomb Raider/Shadow of the Tomb Raider for free
Also I would recommend getting a wishlist going on Steam, Origin/Electronic Arts and Epic Games and they will send you an email whenever a game on your list drops in price ... if you don't want promotional emails like this coming to your "normal" email just set up a second one specifically for purchases, I know in gmail there's a way to set up an alert such that you're notified in your "normal" gmail account when you got an email in your other account.. or just check both accounts each day like I do.

Q: Question It says this is a physical copy for PC, but many of the comments say it is a GoG code. Is this a physical disk to install the game or is it a code to download the game? Thanks!
A:Answer There is no physical disc, it comes with a GoG code to download the game. However, the physical copy comes with physical goodies such as the soundtrack CDs, game map, stickers, and a free steel book which is a Best Buy exclusive. I attached an image with everything you get with the PC physical copy.
Psyched to play this on the Steamdeck with some nReal Air AR Glasses!
