For some reason, I cannot find the posts that mentioned their orders were placed on hold.
4 of 8 orders were placed on hold and 4 are processing.
Does this mean I have to chat with CS or just wait for a week?

If you have BCC for Mars candy the bags are on sale 2/$7, earn $2 BC wyb 2. My BCC was $4 wyb $12.
4 for $14 earned $4 BC and $4 BCC. Makes them $1.50/bag.
~17/bag so 9¢ per treat. I aim to stay below 10¢/treat.
Halloween is on a Monday this year so might only get 90 kids.

I have had SO many orders placed (and kept) on hold. It's ridiculous, and I have never been able to figure out what triggers it. Anytime I have chatted to get my order, it has to be sent to the 'Research Department' and then I usually end up having to contact them again. Usually if I'm just ordering to roll BC and I don't care about the items, I just let it go. Totally wrong of RA though! Wish I could figure it out .. I use different browsers, a VPN connection, etc. Doesn't matter.

Thanks, but I plan on giving the people who come to my house trick-or-treating full size Baby Ruth bars that I got for free when Swag was paying you $4.88 for every 8 bars you bought this past summer.I think I bought around 350 bars.

it happens when you are shipping multiple orders to the same address in a short amount of time. I find that it's about 5 per week when using only bc and when using multiple accounts. it's 8 when using the same account. It usually goes through fine when you use a payment method which means adding filler items to use up all your bc until you can charge a few cents to a card.

Try talking to CS one order at a time, they usually release it but please bide your time. Emily H can now release it herself but some other reps don't have her privileges so they have to send it to "research". You don't want the backend to notice the same shipping address, they might flag you.

Yes it is totally wrong! I don't want to let the softsoap go, so I will contact if it doesn't release.

Ok thank you! I will definitely wait a few days and then chat one by one. But I have shipping to multiple housholds too and it was just weird. You know my nature, i refuse to pay anything lol

There's also last week's orders. I haven't figured out how many days we need to space it out.

Btw, once it goes on hold, STOP SENDING orders to that address. Any subsequent order will go on hold too especially if placed within same day or the next. You'll just have to wait it out or pay some oop, usually after a week, it's good again with just bc.

Thanks for the tips .. in my experience, I think it's a little more than that .. I was on vaca a couple weeks ago and did a bunch of online orders just to roll BC .. sent 90% of them to different addresses because I had no use for the items, but only about 10% of them actually got processed. The rest are still on hold. I don't bother contacting CS because I've shipped to so many different addresses on each account, so I just cut my losses. It's very irritating when I actually want the stuff though.

@weekitty- make sure to get cat food
@ missusg- cashier told me that the purple bags of RR cat food ring up $3.49 even though they're not tagged that price. She said they keep restocking and price stays the same. YMMV.

Not only do you need to get Neutrogena wipes from cosmetics section but make sure they are 21 count in case someone put the wrong ones in that section. The wrong ones ring up B1g50% off. Wipes are much more expensive in store ($8.19 ea.) that I end up getting $40 in Neutrogena. The facial mask works.
No cat food online…it's a 45 minute drive to nearest store now….seems I never have time for the journey …wow I'm going to have to check out that RR… you are always so informative,,,my friend bought neutragena wipes to day Individually wrapped like 10 to a package…they worked, don't have the price

I could still add 10 to cart when I posted, they probably didn't have many. But keep checking, last time there was a DD, it went oos quick but went back in stock around Friday.

It looks like you have a good datapoint right there. I would tabulate that, write down the account, the order number, the date, the shipping address and which ones processed after being put on hold. I don't think it has anything to do with vpn, I use 4 different kinds and change my IP every order, there are specific nodes they blocked, you wouldn't even get on to the website.

I think it's not processing because you let it stay on hold for that shipping address. I always pay oop to get it processing, I believe it refreshes it but it could be something else entirely.
