The only problem with these is there is NO support for the seat. It attaches to the gunnels but since it's inflatable, when you lean back it just pulls the gunnels in. You can lay all the way back to a reclining position. So it's a great ab/core workout but not what I wanted.

Actually a good product. Used this as my first kayak. Then upgraded to a hard body fishing kayak once I realized how much I liked it. Nice thing is I made money off the original purchase! Buy this if you're new to kayaking. Try it out for the month, sell if you don't like. If you do, use it til you're ready to upgrade. It's a good deal.

That is what I was thinking. I have the two-seater version and it's the same.

Price is very good. I got one for my kid early this summer for about $100.

He enjoyed the kayak on the lakes very much but got a leak only after a few uses. It was not a puncture, the air just came out from a bad seam. Checked amazon's website and found out there is no warranty on the kayak.

Took us a while but a tube of Shoe Glue fixed the problem, so far so good.

I've only used it in a lake setting, but the vinyl is quite thick. I've had our little 14 pound dog (with very long nails) standing on it and it held up just fine.
What do you think of a 55lb husky standing in it…? Batshit or doable?

That may be pushing it, depending on how much you weigh. These are only rated for 225lbs.

The single is small and made for someone under 200lbs and 6'. The tandem is better, but these kayaks are fragile with poorly glued seams and somewhat easy to puncture. If one is careful, they can be decent starters to see if one likes the sport. If taking pooch, go the next step up and get the Intex Excursion Pro tandem for $200. Floor is the weak spot so put down a yoga mat. Also do not get in the kayak in shallow water and mash the hull into the rocks or gravel as punctures can happen.

Great deal. Cheaper than you would find used on Craigslist or Facebook marketplace. I finally used mine not too long ago and it worked great in my local lake. it was nice to just deflate it and toss it in the trunk of the car when i was done.

Wish I got the two seater just to have the option. The one seater was fine for me. I do wish the included paddle was longer, but it gets the job done.

I didn't have too much issue with back support. they have straps that you can tighten to increase the back support. Worked fine enough for me. I don't tend to lean back all that much when I'm paddling anyway.

Price finally back to normal. I bought mine pre-ccpvirus for $50 on sale for my kid. Have used it at least 10 times every yr on both calm river and lake. Great little kayak. My now 12yrs old inflates and set it up all by himself. Just make sure you use the included gauge to ensure not to over inflate the kayak.

I bought a stadium seat from Walmart to fix this problem works well now

How does it held with puncture and in rocks?
If you let the current take you and you hit a rock, it will puncture. That said, i still trust it. Patched even.

This is basically an oversized pool toy. Prepare to be very uncomfortable. There is no back support and your legs will be cramped unless you are quite small. When you paddle it will also drift back and forth.
