I logged into the link you provided for the subscriptions. My account only shows my expired subscription from April 2022 it does not show my current subscriptions. So I looked on my nordvpn win dows client software and it clearly shows my subscription is set to 2025. The same account is used on both. So I suggest you try checking your account out on your nordvpn client. Strange the website isn't showing the proper info.

I then closed the Windows Desktop client entirely, ending the program, then reopened the Nord windows client, and this time it shows 2026 expiration. Seems that the client just doesn't update in real time and had my old information. The website continues to show Apr 16, 2024 expiration for me as well.
EDIT: I turned off auto-renewal on the website, and upon doing so the website now shows 2026 expiration. It seems with auto-renew on, it was only showing the original 2 year subscription and not the additional stacks, turning off auto-renew now shows the full period after applying 2 codes from this deal.
