Those 28" 4K are likely 60Hz and not high refresh rate made for gaming. Also, if u do game on 4K, you'd need a beefy graphics card to push all those pixels at a decent frame rate. 1440p like this Dell is the happy medium for gamers and ppl WFH

REASONS for DELL
-pixel response time at max refresh rate is a TINY bit better...
-If you are a diehard competitive online fps player trying to make a career out of it, the Dell will be UNOTICABLY better, a difference of 1.8ms subtract the samsung's better input lag, about 1 ms in feeling (again only on pc at max refresh rate)
for the consideration of the casuals who just want a monitor to play some games on PLEASE do not insert bias on the pixel response time difference and give this a thumbs down.(please give a reason so people can get a clear picture)
The Dell has been my #1 monitor I've referred people to, but it has NO ability to give you a half decent dark scene. God forbid any one out there wants to watch a movie on this, or play Resident Evil or something, seriously!
