I bought a set of these in the past, still used in the family room, and they work fine, nothing stellar. As for the blue light, it can be fixed fairly easily by unscrewing the bottom and either taping over the light or using some black paint. Takes like a minute to do.

What is the sound quality on those, I mean for the I don't expect much for that price but does anybody actually used them?

Reviews say good quality sound but blue LED lights that you can't turn off. I need a pair for the office so that's fine w/ me!

They aren't anything fancy, but they have been great for my basic setup. The blue leds stay on all of the time, which is a bit annoying, but not a big deal.

It says usb plug-n-play but I see a 3.5mm audio jack. So the usb is for power only?

According to customer reviews, the USB is only for power and 3.5mm is required for audio, so it's not really meant for devices that lack a headphone jack (I suppose you can use an adapter, but then you will need another USB port or wall adapter to supply power).

Thanks, my TCL TV in a small room has atrocious sound. Gonna plug these in, don't need a fancy soundbar system or anything

I've been using these for a few years. Audio quality isn't amazing, but they are small, and fit perfectly on my desk. Other users are right, the blue "halo" around the base is annoying, but other than that, they are fine Smilie
