Great game for people into working out or looking into working out more regularly. The game walks you through how to set the difficulty based on your fitness level which also dynamically changes and will let you set it higher or lower each time you play if you are up for a challenge or want to tone it down for the day if you're sore.

Very cool mix of turn based RPG game play and action/platforming. I think this is totally a game that can help others get fit even if you don't work out regularly because while it definitely feels like a workout, you forget about that after breaking that first sweat because of the way the game awards you for small things. Really underrated game imo.

This game will definitely get your heart pumping.

If you're looking for an excuse to get some exercise in, but need some motivation to do things like squats and lunges, this will absolutely help you out.

I think having two yoga mats next to each other would be fine (if the long edges were touching, so the space would be equal to the length of one mat and the width of two - with the longer side parallel to the TV, if that makes sense). But you wouldn't want to be right up in front of the TV, so realistically more space than that.

I think it's great for kids. Especially when they're screen-time starved. They may want to play Minecraft or Pokémon instead, but if you say no to those things, they will easily say yes to this.
