They downgraded the fan motor, but kept the name and design. If you own a Turboforce fan that's at least 5-7 years old, it will most likely use a higher wattage motor than this.
Pay attention to the model: HT-900, 904, 908
The fan that uses the .68 amp motor will be your best bet. The newer ones use the .28 amp motor, which is where the lackluster specs come from.
Between the .28 amp = 35w on high and .68 amp = 60w on high. Guess which one moves more air?
Correction: the old fan I have, the motor is rated at .8a. =96w. It's like a jet engine compared to this one.
Keep your expectations low on performance and longevity.
I also learned recently to circulate air from outside, putting the fan 3-4 ft away from a window, pointing out the window is the best method. Portable fans pull in air from the sides, so right up or on a window doesn't work the best. Pointing the fan in from the window hardly circulates air as well.

So I put my electric shaver and foil on it to air dry fast before the standing water does any weird damage to it.
note that in the past the white one was rarely on sale.
