It's huge and it weighs a ton and a half but rolls easily on the wheels. At least two strong people needed to lift the box. A dolly is pretty much needed to carry the box around unless you and your friends are Olympic weightlifters. The box barely fit into my Subaru Ascent with the rear seats down.
Assembly took a whole morning. Not difficult, but there are a thousand steps. Frankly, some parts could have come preassembled.
As far as the grill goes, it's OK. It's hard to get it to go past 500 F. The gas controls are a bit finicky. I find it hard to keep it to the temperature I want. The hooks are chromed plastic and break easily. Other than that, I am reasonably happy with it for the price I paid. It has a lot of features. I like that you can pipe the smoke from the smoker to either the gas or charcoal side. It works well to give a smoky flavor to grilled food, even on gas.
