I have tried ring, blink and eufy. If you don't mind paying the subscription, ring offers the best experience. The human detection is almost perfect. Eufy on the other hand will have alot of false human detection so you end up having to toggle it down. The only reason I stopped using ring is because they increase the prices this year

Love eufycam but their doorbell motion detection is trash. Doesn't make sense any they don't use the same software in their doorbells as other cams

2.4ghz only, pass. The 2.4ghz band in my home is so crowded from all the smart switches and lights, I can't seem to keep a stable connection to the Eufy indoor camera I use in the nursery. Will only get 5ghz or wired cameras from now on.

I bought a bunch of Eufy stuff during prime day and returned it all. Did not like how choppy the "ecosystem" was in relation to the app. Neither here nor there.

I have noticed over the last week Eufy is on sale, for good 25%+ savings, all over the place. I wonder if that indicates something new about to come out and they are getting rid of inventory.

Any thoughts or rumors?
