You don't need to maintain the subscription or pay extra money.I used this offer when I purchased the Barista Pro on June and they gave a promo code to receive 12 bags for free. I am still getting the bags and will cancel the subscription once I receive all 12 of them.

edit: Just for kicks, I looked at historical posts over the last 2 years on this item and anytime it was posted for $500-$600 it was hammered with thumbs-down due to being overpriced. Everyone is getting brainwashed into these hyperinflation prices, I fear.

I think the OP has a mistake, and that Breville's machines can receive "up to 24 bags" of coffee, but if you dig into the specifics this particular machine only qualifies for the lower 12 bags of coffee offer.
Bloomingdale gives 20% off for getting a new credit card from them. But the terms indicated "The Discount cannot be combined with other discount offers except where indicated". That makes me hesitant to pull the trigger. Anyone knows if the 20% discount applies to this item?
Bed bath and beyond is offering 3x on member points through 10/2/22. If you have the + membership thats 150 points per dollar.
