Card refunded remainder of purchase price minus pricematches. Store credit for the rest of it. So it looks like the trade-in will not offset the sales tax portion paid. Too bad.
I see a total store credit balance but it doesnt show the individual transactions (I had some store credit previously but dont remember how much it was)
My "case" is currently waiting an answer from them. Best case scenario for me now is to undo all of this (i.e. return Pixel 6A) and end up with my original Samsung A71 5G back... just need to get return approved and hopefully phone is back in the condition I sent it.
I'm out money on all the screen protectors and cases I purchased/will purchase since I bought some for the 6A and threw away my old ones for the A71 5G and will need to buy more!

It's kinda funny that they have your device, can get someone to ship it back to you, but can't get someone to turn it on and be like "oh yea, whoever evaluated this last time farked up"

You are in better situation than mine. Delivered to them on Oct 6th and did not evaluate till Oct 18 and blame it on being a lost stolen phone. Now they wont return the phone or credit my order. Have to fight through CC and BBB this is the last time i trust fraud google
I wouldn't expect google to credit you for it, but I don't really see why they shouldn't return it... did you have it marked to accept a new valuation, or for it to be returned?
