Amazon has Monoprice HDMI Micro Male to HDMI Female port adapter for $1.99.

Free shipping with Prime or $25+ orders.

Amazon: https://amazon.com/dp/B004YXJWMG OOS

This appears identical to Monoprice 7703 despite the slightly different part number. Monoprice has 7703 also for $1.99, with free shipping on $39+ orders.

Monoprice: https://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=7703

Typically $3.49-$3.99, which is 43-50% off regular price.

On Monoprice Q&A, this is a pin-to-pin adapter, so it should support 4k at 18 Gbps speed.

Good to use with existing HDMI cables for Raspberry Pi 4 which has dual micro-HDMI ports.

Reviews on Amazon are mixed so I picked up an extra as a backup for the few times I might want to connect my RPi 4 to a monitor. You'd probably want a dedicated micro-HDMI cable if the connection is going to be long term.

Dang. Great if you already have some RPi 4s laying around. But it you don't, trying to get them these days is terrible!

Without looking at measurements, this looks too wide to be able to use both micro-HDMI port on an RPi4, but it probably will work with the right port (away from the power connector).

Also, is says "port saver", but connecting a full sized HDMI cable to a micro-HDMI port, with the adapter increasing the torque arm of the cable, is harder on the port than a micro-HDMI cable. So, unless you're plugging/unplugging the cable into the adapter frequently, this isn't really saving your port.

My thoughts exactly. Something like this would be better...
