  3. Proceed to the Google Play Store
  4. Make your very first purchase of at least $5+ by 12/31/2022, using PayPal on the Google Play store (or on Google Play).
    • Note: Eligible Purchases do not include: (1) send/receive money transactions (including those marked as "Goods and Services" payments), (2) charitable donations, (3) purchases made using PayPal.me

The $5 qualifying purchase is before tax, so $4.99 will NOT work. Multiple purchases that add up to $5 or more will also NOT work.

I did this on the last go round. You get the $10 voucher/coupon for your PayPal account for a future purchase. It is not a $10 credit to your wallet.

I suppose paypal, based on the descriptions when you click the link

I got the email, but that doesn't automatically mean I qualify, right? I can't remember if I ever used Paypal on the Play store, but it is listed in my payment methods so probably.
