Had a GTS that worked great and lasted for 9 months before the battery quit. No problem, just contact Amazfit and get a replacement right? Nope. Tried three times and could not get an email response. Never again. Prices are great for the features but no customer support.

Really? I got a replacement for my Amazfit BIP a year ago. I guess things have changed

Got my wife the GTS 2 Mini, and for the price it really can't be beat. Sure it's not perfect, but it's pretty darn feature rich and accurate for a $52 watch. I think the best parts about the Amazfit watches are the battery life. Battery lasts DAYS, not hours like almost all other smart watches. My GTR 3 lasts well over a week on a single charge and is more accurate than the GTS 2 Mini but the mini is no slouch here. I would not wear a watch that I had to charge daily, which seems to be what Apple/Samsung want you to do. Aside from Garmin Solar versioned smart watches, I have yet to see any watch beat the battery life on Amazfits. ESPECIALLY within the price range.
The biggest drawback is you're locked into the Zepp app. It works well enough, but there's not much 3rd party stuff in the ecosystem. So limited in that respect when compared to Android OS. But imo, again, battery life > ecosystem.
There's an app called Notify for amazfit and zepp. You can customize just about everything you can think of.

They acknowledged the question but still have not provided an answer. Will post answer here. There are a lot of cut/paste errors in the ad which mixes the specs of the GTS 2 and GTS 2 mini. Some of the photos, exploded view and back sensor are not from ANY Amazfit GTS watch!
I have not received any answers from StackSocial. I can only conclude that this is NOT even an AMAZFIT product... the descriptions have all sort of cut/paste info from 2 or 3 different watches. The photos showing a GTS2 sensor is definitely not an Amazfit GTS 2 or 2 mini sensor.

Luckily, torts allow me to return something that was falsely described and/or at the least, get my money back.
Any party that sells or distributes any product which falsely characterizes or mislabels the content, character, origin or utility of the product faces significant liability both in the civil and criminal arenas. Further, if one is in the chain of distribution and knew or should have known that the false labeling or characterization of the product occurred and still participated in the distribution, one is as "guilty" as the originator of the falsehood.
